FREE EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS

Once a month we offer a Free Educational Seminar on a broad range of health topics.  The next such Seminar is scheduled for Thursday, March 4, 2010, 7:00 p.m.

SEASONAL ALLERGIES

The next month or two is the ideal time treat for mold and other seasonal allergies.  Once the snow and the cold weather recede the snow molds quickly reappear and many sufferers begin to experience symptoms. 

Also, don't wait for the grass and buds to show.  With the relatively mild and snowless winter of 2010 we may get an ealry spring.  Treating for seasonal allergens after the season starts is more difficult.
