TESTING AND TREATMENT (Taxes included)

Comprehensive Assessment:  $150 includes comprehensive computerized testing for chronic conditions, allergies, meridian testing for organ system functions as well as determination of corrective products (approximately 2 hrs)

Basic NAET Testing:  $85 includes testing for 35 BASIC NAET allergy triggers (approximately 1 hour).

NAET & BioSet Treatments:  $60 per session - for treatment of chronic conditions, allergies/ sensitivities to food, environmentals, chemicals, microbials.

Pre-paid package of 10 treatments:  $54 per session (when pre-paid with DEBIT card)

Auricular Therapy:  $ 85 per hour (minimum 45 minutes).  This treatment involves acupuncture or laser on the ear and is used for:  pain relief, improved organ function, improved brain laterality, detoxification 

Consultation:  $85 per hour for in Clinic and pre-arranged telephone consultations.

Reassessment:  $85 per hour for computerized testing for Allergies, Meridian health or specific product sensitivity testing.

Hypnosis: $100* per initial session.  $80* per subsequent session if required.   * These fees are pre-tax (GST)

DETOXIFICATION SERVICES (Taxes included)

Ionic Detox Foot Bath:  $45 per individual session which includes a 30-40 minute foot detox + 15 minute Chi machine treatment.

Pre-paid   5-session package: $40 per session (pre-paid with Debit card)

Pre-paid 10-session package: $35 per session (pre-paid with Debit card)

Infra-Red Sauna Detox:  $45 per individual session includes a 30-40 minute Infra-Red sauna + shower & towel.  This is preceded by a 10- 15 minute aerobics session on a stationary bicycle or eliptical trainer.

Pre-paid   5-session package: $40 per session (pre-paid with Debit card)

Pre-paid 10-session package: $35 per session (pre-paid with Debit card)

Auricular Detox:  $45 per session includes either acupuncture needles or laser acupuncture on 12 specific meridian points on both ears.

Combined Detox Program:  $81 per individual session includes a 15 min aerobics (elliptical or exercycle), 30-40 minute Infra Red Sauna, 30-40 minute Ion Foot Bath + shower & towel + 15 minute Chi machine treatment.  Total time ~2 hrs.

Comprehensive Detox Program:  $125 per individual session includes a 15 minute aerobics (elliptical or exercycle) workout,  30-40 minute Infra Red Sauna,  shower & towel, 30-40 minute Ion Foot Bath, 15 minute Chi machine treatment, 12 point Auricular Detox (needles or Laser) plus detoxification supplements.  Total time ~2.5 hrs.

Pre-paid   5-session package: $110 per session (pre-paid with Debit card)

Pre-paid 10-session package: $95 per session (pre-paid with Debit card) 

OTHER SERVICES (Taxes included)

Laser Acupuncture Detoxification (LAD):  $150 for Initial asessment which includes computerized testing for detoxification panels.   LAD patients are followed up and re-assessed on a periodic basis.

LAD Treatments:  $85 per hour minimum (45 minute session).

IV Therapy:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):  $85 per hour.

Air Extractor Rental:  $15/week ($20 deposit Includes 1 sample vial).

$100 per IV treatment which excludes the cost of vitamins-minerals used in the IV.  A physician's order is required.  Ask the clinic staff for details.

PAYMENTS & RECEIPTS

Payments   may be made by Debit / VISA / MasterCard / Cheque / Cash

Insurance Receipts:

in the Ottawa Clinic insurance receipts will be provided for:  Natural Medicine, Nursing or Acupuncture.

In the Gatineau Clinic Insurance Receipts will be provided for:  Naturopathic  or Acupuncture services.

Pre-Payment  for NAET / BioSET treatments may be made for an individual or may be shared by the entire family. Patients enjoy ~10% reduction when they prepay for ten sessions.  Some restrictions apply.  Inquire at the clinic for details on our pre-payment plan.

Pre-payment discounts also apply to our DETOX services when purchased in packages of 5 (~10% discount applied) or 10 (~20% discount applied) detox treatments.

POLICIES

Both Clinic locations (Ottawa & Gatineau) are Scent-free Clinics.

Many patients attending our clinics suffer from allergy and chemical hypersensitivity.

Please refrain from putting on any scented products prior to coming to our clinic.

24 Hours Cancellation Notice

We guarantee your appointment time so that you can count on having your session on time.  We also need to be able to count on you to keep your appointments.  Cancellation notice of no less than 24 hours in advance is requireed to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will applied.

Out of Town Patients are expected to pre-pay for their initial assessment in order to hold their appointment. We do this through a telephone credit card transaction.  The clinic's 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

NSF Cheques: $25 handling fee will be charged for NSF cheques.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

The NAET Clinic of Ottawa has three treatment rooms available for concurrent sessions. We also have a meeting room available for education and orientation sessions.  Children can watch videos during their treatments which typically take 30-45 minutes.

Established Patients:  Typically appointments can be had within 2-3 days.

Emergencies: We treat emergencies with 24 hours and most often, on same day.

Pre-Scheduling: We recommend that you pre-schedule 4-5 appointments ahead in order to reserve your preferred times.

New Patients: New patients are typically seen within 2-3 weeks and sometimes earlier, schedule permitting. We maintain a cancellation list and you may ask to be put on the list for an earlier appointment due to cancellation.
