ASSESSMENT FEES (HST included)

Basic NAET Assessment - $75  includes a medical history review and computerized testing for 35 Basic NAET food and environmental components.  This consists of food buiding blocks such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, grains, yeasts, nuts, spices, sweeteners, fats as well as typical environmentals such as pollens from flowers, trees, grasses and weeds.  This assessment takes approximately 1 hr.

Complete Food and Environmental Assessment - $105  includes all that is in the Basic NAET Assessment plus a complete food and environmental allergen assessment.  This would include dozens of foods (meats, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, etc.) and environmentals (pollens, perfumes, VOCs, exhausts, radiation, etc.)   This assessment takes approximately 1.5 hrs.  

Comprehensive Assessment - $175  includes all that is in the Complete Food and Environmental Assessment plus meridian testing for organ system status, metabolic function as well as determination of corrective products which neutralize body imbalances.  This assessment takes approximately 2 hrs.

Individual Testing Panels - $89 per hr 

If a patient wishes to test unique specialty areas such as heavy metals, EMF/radiation, pesticides, specific chemical groups, etc., this can be done as an add-on to any of the Assessments described above or can be requested as a seperate testing panel.

Reassessment - $89 per hour  may be requested at any time to determine treatment progress.  It involves a shorter version of the same computerized testing which was intially done for allergies & sensitivities, meridian health or specific product sensitivity testing.

Test Results  are provided with each type of Assessment and Reassessment.  Results come in the form of a graphical computer print-out as well as a verbal report which also covers the treatment plan.  Clients may request that the verbal report be recorded and a CD* made as the information provided can be significant.

*CD Recording of Test Results & Treatment Plan - $20  when a patient requests that their test results, findings, interpretation and treatment plan be recorded onto a CD.  This must be requested prior to any assessment to arrange for the recording to be made. 

Laser Acupuncture Detoxification (LAD) Assessment - $150  The  LAD Initial Assessment includes computerized testing for detoxification panels.   LAD patients are followed up and re-assessed on a periodic basis (see LAD under the Detox category).

TREATMENT FEES (HST included)

NAET or BioSet Treatment - $65  for treatment of chronic conditions, allergies & sensitivities to food, environmentals, chemicals, microbials.  Most treatments take approximately 45 minutes.

Pre-paid Treatment - $58   per session when a package of 10 treatments ($580) is pre-paid with DEBIT card.  This pre-paid discount may be applied to treatments provided to immediate family members (not friends or other relatives).

Auricular Acupuncture Therapy - $ 89 per hour (minimum 30 minutes).  This treatment involves acupuncture or laser stimulation on the ear and is used for pain relief, improved organ function, improved brain laterality, detoxification and other relief.

OTHER SERVICE FEES (HST included)

Consultation - $ 89 per hour   for consultation provided in the Clinic or via pre-arranged telephone consultations.   

Hypnosis - $110 per initial session.  $90 per subsequent session (if required).  Hypnosis is highly effective in changing  habitual patterns  (smoking, overeating, shopping, poor sleep, stress, fears, etc.)  Hypnosis is also used to improve confidence, rest and relaxation, achieve personal goals, improve sports performance, improve attention to school studies, etc.

Patients may request that the hypnosis session be recorded and a CD* made for future hypnotic reinforcement.

*CD Recording of Hypnosis Session - $20  when a patient requests that their hypnosis session be recorded onto a CD.  This must be requested prior to the session to arrange for the recording to be made.  

DETOXIFICATION SERVICES FEES (HST included)

A. Ionic Detox Foot Bath - $45 per single session which includes a 40-45 minute foot detox + 15 minute Chi machine treatment to stimulate Lymph movement.

B. Infra-Red Sauna Detox - $45 per single session includes a 30-40 minute Infra-Red sauna + shower & towel.  This is preceded by a 10- 15 minute aerobics session on a stationary bicycle or eliptical trainer.

C. Auricular Detox - $45 per single session includes either acupuncture needles, electroacupuncture or laser acupuncture on 12 specific meridian points on both ears.

D. Combined Detox Package - $80  when any 2 Detox elements (A, B, or C) are  combined into a single session.

E. Comprehensive Detox Program - $105 when all 3 of the Detox elements (A, B, or C) are combined into a single session. This includes a 15 minute aerobics (elliptical or exercycle) workout; 30-40 minute Infra Red Sauna, shower & towel; 30-40 minute Ion Detox Foot Bath; 15 minute Chi machine treatment, 12-point  Auricular Detox (needles or Laser) plus detox supplements.  Total time ~2.5 hrs.

F. Laser Acupuncture Detox (LAD) Treatments - $89 per hour (minimum 1/2 hour)

PRE-PAID DETOXIFICATION PACKAGES

Pre-paid Detox Package of 5 - ($40  per session) when a package of 5 sessions of any one Detox element (A, B or C) is pre-paid ($200) with a DEBIT card.

Pre-paid Combined Detox Package of 5 - ($70  per session) when a package of 5 combined sessions of any 2 Detox elements (A, B or C) is pre-paid ($350) with a DEBIT card.

Pre-paid Comprehensive Detox Package of 5 - ($95  per session) when a package of 5 Comprehensive Detox Programs (E) is pre-paid ($475) with a Debit card.

Pre-paid Detox Package of  10 - ($35  per session)  per session when a package of 10 sessions of any one Detox element (A, B or C) is pre-paid ($350) with a DEBIT card.

Pre-paid Combined Detox Package of  10 - ($60 per session) when a package of 10 sessions of any 2 Detox elements (A, B or C) is pre-paid ($600) with a DEBIT card.

Pre-paid Comprehensive Detox Program Package of 10 - ($85 per session) when a package of 10 Comprehensive Detox Programs (E) is pre-paid ($850) with a Debit card. 

OTHER SERVICE FEES (HST included)

Air Extractor Rental - $15/week plus $20 deposit.  Includes 1 sample vial which can then be used for desentization treatments.

Environmental House Inspections:  (IAQ, Allergy triggers): $160 with verbal report; $220 with written report.

IV Treatment - $100 which excludes the cost of vitamins and minerals used in the IV.  A physician's order is required.  Ask the clinic staff for details.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - $89 per hour  is a massage technique done to stimulate the lymphatic system which drains toxins from the body, removes excess fluids and reduces swelling (edema).   

PAYMENTS & RECEIPTS

Payments at the NAET Clinic of Ottawa may be made by: Debit-Interac / VISA / MasterCard / Cheque / Cash.  We do not accept specialty cards such as AMEX, Carte Blanche, etc.

Insurance Receipts:  At the Ottawa Clinic insurance receipts will be provided for:  Natural Medicine, Nursing or Acupuncture.

At the Gatineau Clinic Insurance Receipts will be provided for:  Naturopathic or Acupuncture services.

Pre-Payment for NAET & BioSET treatments may be made for an individual or may be shared by the entire family.  Patients enjoy  ~10% reduction when they prepay for ten treatments.  Some restrictions apply.  Inquire at the clinic for details on our pre-payment plan.

Pre-payment discounts also apply to most of our DETOX treatments when purchased in packages of 5 (~10% discount applied) or packages of 10 (~20% discount applied) detox treatments.

POLICIES

Scent-Free Policy applies at both Clinic locations: Ottawa & Gatineau.  Many patients attending our clinics suffer from chemical hypersensitivity.  We ask all our patients to please refrain from putting on any scented products prior to coming to our clinic.

24 Hours Cancellation Notice  We guarantee your appointment time so that you can count on having your session on time.  We also need to be able to count on you to keep your appointments.  Cancellation notice of no less than 24 hours in advance is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied.

Out of Town Patients are expected to pre-pay for their initial assessment in order to hold their appointment. We do this through a telephone credit card transaction.  The clinic's 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

NSF Cheques: $25 handling fee will be charged for NSF cheques.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

The NAET Clinic of Ottawa has three treatment rooms available for concurrent sessions. We also have a detox room and a meeting room available for education and orientation sessions.  Children can watch videos during their treatments which typically take ~45 minutes.

Established Patients:  Typically appointments can be had within 2-3 days.

Emergencies:  We treat emergencies with 24 hours and most often, on the same day.

New Patients: New patients are typically seen within 3 weeks and often earlier, schedule permitting.  We maintain a cancellation list and you may ask to be put on the list for an earlier appointment due to cancellation.

Pre-Scheduling:  We recommend that you pre-schedule 4-5 appointments ahead in order to reserve your preferred times.
